Couldn't be more pleased. Great recipes and tips on healthy living. Received early and in plenty, like four or five up front. Very good, very good.

I ordered my subscription to Woman's Day on July 27, 2010 and received the August and September issues on August 17, 2010. A new magazine subscription started in 3 weeks is amazing!

I have read Woman's Day for years and really enjoy it.

4 out of 5 stars I love Woman's Day Magazine   January 10, 2010

I love Woman's Day, though I don't pay 15.00 for my subscriptions. I utilize special promotions to get an even better value, but 1.00 an issue is still a very reasonable value for the product, in my opinion.

The issues are somewhat brief, but this is really more of a bonus for me personally, as I have limited free time. I love that the magazine has practical, interesting content in just about every category - finances, health, family, decorating and craft ideas, fashion and beauty tips, and a generous section for cooking/food, which includes a "month of menus" in 12 of the 15 issues each year, most of which are pretty simple to fix, which is very helpful when you're just stuck for ideas. The products they review and discuss are reasonably priced as well, which is a huge bonus for me as a young woman with a very modest income.

Despite the fact that the magazine's -primary- target seems to be working mothers, I find most of the content pertinent to my life as a single young woman returning to school, with no children of my own (though my sister has a couple).

The only reason I rate it less than a 5 is because I definitely pay attention to the cooking section, and some of the dinner ideas (which are intended to be full meal ideas) are not well-rounded meals but something that should be considered only an entree. Also, they tend to include a slight overabundance of desserts, most of which look delicious and very tempting, but the last thing most of us need is more temptation to indulge our sweet-teeth (tooths?) lol.

Anyway, in short - I would wholeheartedly recommend this magazine to pretty much anyone aged 20 and up.

4 out of 5 stars Good for the price   February 8, 2010

I received a subscription to Woman's Day at a very discounted price. The paper is cheap but the content of the magazine is good. Recipes are easy, tasty and made from ingredients found at a regular supermarket. Parenting articles are targeted towards parents of grade schoolers and teenagers. Makeup and product suggestions are reasonable and you won't find a recommendation for a $500 purse or pair of shoes. Overall I'm a satisfied reader but may alternate yearly subscriptions between this and Family Circle.
